Meet Cristy – the bright smile that greets you at the front desk! Originally from North Alabama, Cristy brings 15 years of experience as a passionate educator, where she served as a lead science teacher, coached competitive robotics, and was honored twice as Teacher of the Year. Her love for inspiring others even took her to Space Camp, where she spent nearly a decade guiding teachers from around the world through immersive astronaut training and mock space missions.

Now living in Georgia with her husband, Corey, and their lovable pup, Sadie, Cristy has traded rockets for regulators. A lifelong ocean lover, she fell in love with the underwater world while snorkeling in Curaçao. Watching divers explore a sunken tugboat below her was the push she needed—soon after, she completed her PADI Discover Scuba Diving experience and earned her Open Water Diver certification.

When she's not helping divers at the shop, Cristy enjoys crafting handmade Halloween costumes, playing pickleball, and jetting off to new Caribbean islands whenever she can. Her enthusiasm for adventure, education, and the ocean makes her a perfect fit for the Into The Blue Scuba family!
