We are visiting the Georgia Aquarium April 12th & October 4th to dive in the Ocean Voyager habitat! Join us in diving with a whale shark, manta rays and thousands of other fascinating fish. Swim over an acrylic tunnel and wave at guests through multiple acrylic viewing windows.
The Georgia Aquarium's "Journey with Gentle Giants" is the only opportunity in the world where you are guaranteed to SCUBA dive with the largest fish in the world, a whale shark and large manta rays, in Georgia Aquarium's Ocean Voyager exhibit. Certified divers are eligible to participate in the SCUBA dive program.
*In order to keep our prices low for our customers we have two pricing options (Cash or Credit Card) Those that pay with cash will save the 4% credit card fee. The cash price for the Ga Aquarium dive is $585.95. To get the cash price, the course must be purchased in store with cash. The credit card price for the GA Aquarium dive in store or online through the website is $609.37.
Friends and Family tickets to the aquarium can be added for $63.15 cash or $65.68 card.

The Ocean Voyager gallery, built by The Home Depot, is home to a whale shark, manta rays, and thousands of other fascinating fish. As one of the largest single aquatic exhibits in the world, Ocean Voyager features an acrylic tunnel for guests to view thousands of marine creatures on all sides, as well as a giant acrylic viewing window to explore our oceans like never before.
This exhibit was specially designed to house whale sharks, the largest fish species in the world. Schools of predatory trevally jacks, squadrons of small and large stingrays, enormous goliath grouper and several sharks all ply the waters of this ocean habitat. With 4,574 square feet of viewing windows, a 100-foot-long underwater tunnel, 185 tons of acrylic windows and one of the largest viewing windows in the world at 23 feet tall by 61 feet wide and 2 feet thick, visitors will have multiple opportunities to view all of these magnificent animals.

Requirements:
- Nationally recognized SCUBA certification
- Photo ID
- 12 years old or older
The aquarium opens at 9:00am. You can enjoy the aquarium before and/or after your dive experience. Use your general admission ticket to enter the museum and have your dive ticket available for your dive.
Please be at the Guest Programs Desk on level 2 outside the café at least 30 mins before your dive time. Aquarium staff may approach you to sign in, show your dive card (digital or paper), and have you sign their release forms. You will be escorted to the dive briefing and tank area.
Other than your swim attire, you are only allowed to take your mask and/or dive computer into the tank. They both must be sanitized by aquarium staff beforehand. All other equipment will be provided and prepared by aquarium staff.
You will have a locker to put your personal belongings in during your dive and access to the locker rooms, a towel, and showers.
After your dive, we will convene in the briefing room to watch a video of your dive and collect your T-shirt. You will have the opportunity to purchase the dive video and extra merchandise at this time.
