Amy Kline

PADI Course Director (Instructor Trainer)
For Amy, diving isn’t just a skill — it’s a transformation. She still remembers the first time she slipped beneath the surface, feeling the quiet calm of the underwater world for the first time. That moment sparked a lifelong passion — not just for exploring the ocean’s depths, but to help others experience that same magic she did. Amy started on a journey in scuba diving and did not stop until she reached the top. On her way up, she trained many students introducing them to the underwater world and sharing her passion for diving with them. Amy recently completed the rigorous PADI Course Director Training Course and is now 1 of only 300 PADI Female Course Directors in the World! This is not an easy task. It requires years of dedication, training, and working with student divers teaching an array of PADI courses. One of Amy’s greatest satisfactions is watching people grow — gaining confidence, overcoming fears, and discovering their own strength. Even though every diver’s journey is different, each transformation fills her with the same sense of pride and wonder.
Amy’s extensive certifications reflect her dedication to both education and environmental conservation. As an Instructor Trainer and Specialty Instructor, she’s equipped to teach a wide range of skills — from wreck diving and night navigation to emergency first response and underwater photography. She’s also a passionate advocate for marine life, empowering divers to protect the underwater world through specialties like AWARE Shark Conservation and Dive Against Debris. But for Amy, diving is more than certifications — it’s a way of life. She’s been privileged to explore dive sites across the world, join scientific research expeditions, and contribute to marine conservation efforts. Whether she’s observing whale sharks at the Georgia Aquarium, hunting invasive lionfish to protect coral reefs, or exploring the mysteries of a shipwreck, Amy is at home in the water — warm or cold, salty or fresh.
