If you're interested public safety diving, scientific diving, or venturing into extremely cold-water, then learning to dive with a full face mask is definitely for you. Because full face masks allow you to breathe from your nose, they are also beneficial for those who have difficulty using standard scuba masks. Diving with a full face mask offers a different experience and that alone may be reason to give it a try.

What is required to become a Full Face Mask Diver :
To earn the PADI Full Face Mask certification, you must be at least 12 years old, certified as a PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Junior Open Water Diver, or have a qualifying, entry-level certification through another training organization.
The Full Face Mask Course consists of three simple steps:
- Step One: Knowledge Development (Classroom) During this step, you will learn about the full face mask.
- Step Two: Certification Dive Trip (Open Water) You will conduct fun open water dives with your ITBS Instructor and earn your Certification as a PADI Full Face Mask Diver.
